Gentle, non-marking vibratory conveying brush surface
PolyBrush is the new 3/16â trim replaceable brush mat to line vibratory conveying surfaces. Sheets can be easily cut to size, facilitating usage in a variety of machines, as well as easy spot-replacement as needed. The 20° brush mat is suitable for minimum back pressure accumulation and transport conveyors.
Transport parts without damage
PolyBrush uses angled polymer bristles to safely move a variety of delicate parts with minimal chance of damage and ensure that parts never reverse direction. Density has been optimized to provide support for fragile pieces by holding them away from the conveyor.
