OPT Industries is a rapidly growing, Series A venture-backed MIT spinoff company that focuses on building the next generation of additive manufacturing technology. Working at the intersection of automation engineering, computational design and polymer science, we design and commercially manufacture highly customizable materials and products - everything from cosmetic to luxury fashion. Our mission is to transform product development by taking an integrated approach from design to manufacturing. We are looking for an experience and self-motivated computational designer to join the product team. You will work on new and existing product lines using our proprietary software and hardware platform. Computational design is the core design process at OPT Industries, where we use a holistic approach to create products at the intersection of computational geometries, bio-inspired material and digital manufacturing. This will be a full-time on-site position at our main office in Medford, MA, USA.
